There is an issue with left side bumper , it’s less than 1 yr old car , service didn’t repair it. It’s a defect, How do we get Acura take care such defects?

Was told when I scheduled service appt over the phone that safety recall repair would not add time to oil change/general maintenance appt. When checking in at dealer, was told it would be up to 3 hours. No apology, no offer of a loaner vehicle. I was waiting with 2 kids, so had to reschedule this part of the service. Was frustrated at lack of apology or any effort to make this a better experience whatsoever.

I have only had my MDX serviced at Acura since purchasing it in 2021, and this time was very disappointing. I left the appointment and within 2 hours of leaving, the service warning light for “washer fluid low” came on. I called to ask about this and was told that it should have been checked and refilled during the service appointment. I now have to find another time to go back across town to get this taken care of. So frustrating.

I have a warranty claim with you people for over 90 days to cover the cost of a starter replacement in a location where there was no Honda/acura service available. Claim number is 16235709. I have tried to work reasonably with your company but have now been told there is nobody else to whom this issue can be escalated to by “Marla” in customer service. I somehow find it very hard to believe that your escalation procedures end with “Marla”.

Recommendations for work are very, very overpriced and the full recommendations costs exceeded the value of the vehicle itself. Diagnostics cost over $200 alone. People were pleasant though. Just didn’t have the feel my best interest as a customer was being addressed.

Your jobI waited 6 days for them to just put car on a flipping machine et say nothing was wrong. Something they could have done day I brought it up for appointment. But was told would take all day then called few min later et told would be 2 or 3 days to find out nothing had been touched till 6 days later. Will never get another Acura. Ever et will not recommend them to anyone

Pretty pricey to check a bumper after a rear collision!! Over $400.00

There was a gentleman bald headed vaping in his office area and then again in the service area where cars are. Is vaping allowed.
