It seems expensive to get routine things done (ex: an oil change & tire rotation was $170+)Also, I am a loyal customer as this is my third Acura RDX & oil changes should be free

We specifically asked that if the oil was going to be changed to use the oil and filter that we provided to be used. And it wasn’t.

Made sure lug nuts were tightened when you rotated my tires. Provided a video of diagnostic finding. Provided description of repairs and estimated cost. All I received was Promissory payment link stating estimated amount. I’ve been with accurate since 2009. None of my cars have been serviced anywhere but an Acura dealership. This is the first time I’ve had a problem. It just felt very shady.

No cover was used in the driver's seat. It was very black from the dirt and grease left behind. The seats are white, and fortunately, they came clean, but I was disappointed, given that I am leasing the car and doing all I can to keep it in great condition.

Took 3 times to bring in to the shop for the same issue. Motor bad. Took in 2 years ago paid $1200. Issue wasn’t fixed. Took in second time. Same issue. Shop ignored the motor issue.

I when leaving the service counter you were contacted by a sales representative/public relations person to thank you for your service and then give you a spiel about selling your car. I don’t want to talk to the guy. I want to be left alone.

The entire experience could use improvement from the moment I got there. I waited forever to get help because one guy was on the phone, there were another two guys there just talking but I guess they weren't capable of helping me. I made the apt during the day so needed to get back to work, zero urgency. Then I never got a call saying my car was ready, I had to call before 5pm. He said he left me a voicemail but I had no missed calls and no voicemails. Then the prices are just outrageous
