In the past, I remember getting a printed quote of the work to be done on my car. Andrew did explain everything to me before head and perhaps I didn’t remember all the details. So I was initially surprised at the cost, although it was totally fair. I will request a printed estimate next time.

Minor misunderstanding about when the service would be done. I always get great service and appreciate the loaner cars while my car is being serviced. Highly recommend.

I don’t think your service department was at fault over my issue, but it took over a month to get a new transmission for my MDX from Acura. Springfield Acura did provide me with a loner for that time but 5 weeks for a transmission is quite long and my car is only 2 1/2 years old. That is quite concerning for me dealing with putting a new transmission in it already.

. No one at Acura could answer basic questions about battery life or battery health. I had to visit a battery specialist to get information. The Acura Springfield Emergency Service report apparently provides little useful battery data, which was disappointing.Customer amenities are also lacking. Coffee, tea, and even hot water are often unavailable. For a premium brand dealership, I expected better product knowledge and a higher level of customer service.
