Lower prices

I paid for a diagnostic check of the vehicle. Right after I brought it home I had a check done at a local garage and codes showed issues with the rack. I knew it was handling poorly, which is actually why I wanted the check done, but you didn't find that problem, or several other minor issues I am aware that the vehicle has. I guess for almost $200, I was expecting a list of all the problems.

1, Listen! I asked that the air filter be changed and when I checked it was not!2. A free oil changed cost me almost 70 dollars.

Fixed the issues with the truck I purchased before selling it to me.

Prices are very high

Nothing, service and time waiting were exceptional. I do wonder why sometimes I get a free car wash voucher and sometimes I do not. It should be consistent if offered.

The service was terrific. As far as recommending to someone else I feel like new car dealer prices are a little high when it comes to service.

The wait time was long and the mechanic forgot my lug nut key and I had to drive an hour back to get it

I left pissed off and feeling poorly about having ever purchasing my vehicle. I now feel stuck in a vehicle but I won’t be seeking service in Springfield in the future. Thank goodness there is another dealership I can use.
