I believe I was over charged and was also pushed to have maintenance that I didn't necessarily need for more than it should cost. The dealership in Salt Lake, where I purchased my MDX never charged over $350 for a service and they always washed my car as part of their service - which didn't happen here. Not impressed. Will not be back.

Not a fan of adding misc. costs to the price of basic services. I understand the motivation for adding profit (in our case, 10% on the cost of a $180 diff oil change on our brand new adx) but it's excessive, and definitely influences our future service choices.

Service guy in back argued with me i didnt have a free tire rotation/oil change. Told me I could go ask Paige myself, he didnt have her number! I finally persuaded him to call her and she agreed that I did in fact have a free service due to me.After i waited over an hour he laid my keys and paper work down said I was done and walked out. I specifically asked twice for tire rotation AND oil change! Tire rotation was not done! And I got no video of my oil actually being changed!

My son brought his car in for an oil change and tire rotation and somehow the technician talked him into 600$ worth of work. He had no clue what he was doing! Not okay! I felt like he was totally taken advantage of! 😡

Communication from the start and throughout was vague. I was not given complete information at the beginning. I had to ask for a detailed quote, their phone system was not able to call my phone but able to text.

The auto service itself was fine. Customer service is lacking. Took a photo underneath my car of a possible leak starting somewhere. Black wet fluid slowing running down transmission coming from somewhere. Car is 2025 TLX purchased new less than 10,000 miles on it. I should have zero leaks. Was brushed off and told that warranty couldn't do anything about it right now anyway. So they didn't check. What's the point of servicing a new car with this service center then?

Not charge me for the problem/mistake that your last job did, the fact that I had to pay for a clean up for a mess your employee(s) made under my car with oil spill(s), really makes me wonder why I continue to put money here.

They didnt ask for my brake fluid to be changed. I only asked for an oil change service and tire rotation.
