I paid for a diagnostic check of the vehicle. Right after I brought it home I had a check done at a local garage and codes showed issues with the rack. I knew it was handling poorly, which is actually why I wanted the check done, but you didn't find that problem, or several other minor issues I am aware that the vehicle has. I guess for almost $200, I was expecting a list of all the problems.

1, Listen! I asked that the air filter be changed and when I checked it was not!2. A free oil changed cost me almost 70 dollars.

Fixed the issues with the truck I purchased before selling it to me.

Prices are very high

Nothing, service and time waiting were exceptional. I do wonder why sometimes I get a free car wash voucher and sometimes I do not. It should be consistent if offered.

The service was terrific. As far as recommending to someone else I feel like new car dealer prices are a little high when it comes to service.

The wait time was long and the mechanic forgot my lug nut key and I had to drive an hour back to get it

I left pissed off and feeling poorly about having ever purchasing my vehicle. I now feel stuck in a vehicle but I won’t be seeking service in Springfield in the future. Thank goodness there is another dealership I can use.

Being honest about the service

More professional communication from your service writers is needed. My car was in the shop for three weeks with 10k bill and little communication. Service writer was rude when I picked up my vehicle and didn't seem to want to help. My vehicle was left dirty. Parts were left off. I was told vehicle was test driven 30 miles after repairs but according to the odometer that was a lie. I drove the vehicle home last night and found issues. I still haven't had a call back from the dealer as was told.
