From INOVA EMERGENCY dept Staff very friendly from the receptionist, nurse specially Dr Adam Pickett explained to us everything very clearly So I am so please and happy we got right decision to go to this clinic!!!

The staff are kind and efficient or this rating would be one star.Both appointments with Adam were unprofessional as he did not introduce himself nor ask my name, either meeting. He enters the room saying “hey” then proceeded to tell me the MRI shows nothing and there’s nothing he can do further. When I continued to ask clarifying questions to gain something useful from the appointment, his response was surgery, basically if I insisted on something being done to correct my pain. When I responded, “you’re offering surgery on something you can’t diagnose?”, he said yes, basically.Adam has no interest in his patients well being and processes appointments with no heart or sincerity.

My location that I went to was National Harbor.I really like Dr.Pickett. He's really nice, friendly, and he has a good sense of humour.

Dr Pickett gave me all my options and then he gave me a steroid shot for the shoulder pain and said if that didn’t work then it might be my neck. But the steroid shot relieved the pain 90%. Thank you very much for fitting me in so quickly.

Very clean, great location. Dr Pickett is a great physician. I really appreciate his explaining my options for my diagnosis. I really appreciate a doctor with his professionalism and he's handsome.

Not complain it's good

Dr told me to call my insurance to see if my insurance would cover CT scan and that the office does not do that. I’ve never gotten that response from a provider as all providers I’ve visited would call my insurance company.

Dr Pickett is excellent

I saw Dr. Adam Pickett for my 6 week post-op appointment. Dr. Pickett did a reverse total shoulder replacement in my right shoulder. The surgery went very smoothly, my pain although severe & intense at times, early on has improved remarkably in the last 2-3 weeks. My PT is going well and I am very much improved in ROM and strength. My positive PT results all started with Dr. Pickett's excellent surgical skill and precision. Thank you Dr. Pickett!
