Dr did not examine my injury or ask how I am doing. I waited 20 minutes after appointment time for the consultation. The medications I received didn't exactly match the paperwork. Doctor spent about 15 minutes with me to explain his surgical recommendations and then left. On another note, the support staff was excellent, helpful, very patient and professional and kind.

get a better handle on traffic- it is an inconvenience to be on time and then wait 30+ minutes to be seen

This is one of the best orthopedic places around. I was at others but the doctors here exceed expectations. Dr Pickett fits right in as he was friendly and explained everything in layman’s terms.

I don’t think Dr Pickett was told his office switched my appt to an earlier 0930 time. I didn’t see him until 1000. That late is unusual.

Dr.Pickett is probably the best doctor I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable and gives the kind energy where you’re not afraid to ask him questions and will talk and laugh with you like you’re a person and not just another number.
