Dr. Pickett spend significant time with me discussing my issues and provided honesty and compassion with options. I plan to see him again for a separate issues.

I received a steroid shot in each shoulder that resulted in some relief. I still don't have a good range of motion without significant pain. I will start PT on July 11.

everytime i arrived to check in for my appointment, the balance on my account was not up to date. there was a miscommunication between the fairfax and reston office on a $200-$250 machine I bought from the office (i give this range because originally we paid 200 and then when asked to pay 250 at a later date i was confused because first, I thought we had already paid, and second it was a higher fee for a reason I didnt know). Anyways ! When I showed the receipt for the originally payment made about 10 days prior, the receptionist at the Reston office was very accommodating and said he would take care of it immediately which he did !! So overall totally fine, but in addition to that, my co-pay was two times asked for when I had already paid it so idk if it’s a tech thing on updating account balances but in the end it was all good !!
