All staff aside from the doctor were great. I think the doctor was annoyed that I mentioned I had also seen another doctor that morning for evaluation. I have a five month old baby at home so I wanted to get opinions and get going on a course of action as soon as possible and figured, getting two opinions in one day would be a good use of time. However, after the doctor learned that, he didn’t even examine my knee in any way, shape or form and barely asked me any questions, he seemed annoyed and seemed like he wanted to get out of there. The reason I saw multiple doctors was because I wasn’t sure who I wanted to go with but the visit with him ensured me that I won’t be going with him or this clinic.

Great experience. I’ve been a patient for several years and all my experiences/engagements have been excellent. Dr. Pickett fully explained my shoulder problems and provided several treatment options.

The clinic, staff and Dr were very professional and expeditious. Especially early on when trying to get an appointment and ensuring the referral was correct. Only marked down because we weren’t able to make substantial steps of progress toward resolving my issue. Partly because of insurance policies and partly because of office practices. I would recommend them and would visit again.

This visit was a pre-op appointment for a surgery next week.

Very professional and efficient

My regular Dr was not available. I was given an appointment with this Dr Pickett who did nothing. I had to go back 2 weeks later to be checked out by my regular doctor. The 1st visit was a complete waste of time and money Dr Pickett was horrible and did nothing but upsell me in a brace that I didn’t need. Shame on him

I was able to schedule an appointment with Dr Pickett very quickly., which I greatly appreciate since my knee has been very painful. He was excellent.

Please turn off the radio in the consulting room and the TV in the waiting room. I have my own phone. I can entertain myself.

Good people in Dr Adam Picket, Sidel and Ashoke. My pain doctor with Anderson has been less then enjoyable.

I am very impressed with Dr. Pickett, my surgeon; Lindsay Smart, my PT ; Xray dept and all support staff. I would not hesitate to recommend Anderson Clinic for any medical services you might offer.
