It was great except for the pricing friendly atmosphere no long waiting to see Dentist

Not sure yet the person who did the x-rays was very good

The appointment was a little too long, but everyone was very nice. I think the equipment could use a better cleaning and dusting. Also, they need to be a little more sterile with the X-Ray shades, mine were very dirty and I can tell that they had not been cleaned after the last use.

It was great .Everyone there made me feel comfortable .DrMichael was sweet with me whenever he had a conversation and also check up on me once my procedure was done.Mrs.Remya took care of me just like a big sister and talked with me throughout the procedure to keep me feel comfortable as well as explained all my queries .

For the first time, I genuinely enjoyed my dental visit. The entire staff was pleasant, professional, and competent. Dr. Thuy was an exceptional dentist who met all expectations. Kudos to the staff for their excellent work!

The staff was very pleasant, helpful and explained well each steps and gave options. This is what I was looking for as a patient. I like this team.

I felt a bit rushed. I already felt bad about being a later appointment and I also have anxiety with dental work, so I couldn’t think of questions as quickly as I needed to. No one was rude per sé, but no one was openly friendly except the financial lady. Whoever was in the back office lol. I do appreciate the team taking me in though!

My experience was good but my experience with dental care. Is garbage I don’t find how I pay for insurance and in dental care there is no max out-of-pocket or anything and the fees are so expensive even with insurance that you can’t get the work done that you need to get done, but somebody who takes advantage of the government and gets Medicaid gets free dental work done does not have to pay for the insurance does not have to pay a co-pay and technically I pay for their insurance as well out of my check so I feel like the whole system is taking advantage of the American people and something needs to be done to wear dental care can be more affordable. My son needs two root canals. I gotta pay $800 out of pocket, but if I was a bum living off of the government. It would be 100% free. It makes zero sense to me healthcare in America is garbage.

The dental advice was thorough and I left with immediate solutions, with a well defined and laid out plan to address my needs. They took an interest in making sure I understood my options, and they made them financially manageable and reasonable.
