Explanation of services and pricing confusing. No Statement of services provided as in previous visits

I was told I am required to get a blood pressure test as a standard of care by one of the associates. I asked them if I contact another dentist office will I get the same response. Their response was yes. I did so and I was told they only do that if they need to do a procedure that involves anesthetics. I dont think blood pressure tests should be a requirement for a simple cleaning.

My normal hygienist is wonderful, but I was handed off to a new person who seemed inexperienced and I am not sure if I would like to return

I had an appointment for a chipped tooth. The appointment was at 230pm i got there at 215pm i wasn't called until 305pm. The doctor looked at the tooth and said that it was an easy fix. Then the dental assistant came to me and said that they don't have time to fix it. Came i come back the next day in the morning. I said no because I work for a living. So why would they schedule me at a certain time,then all of the sudden they have no time for me. Very lousy service and a waste of my time !!

Dee is the best and also the rest of staff and my dentist.
