Everyone is great!

The hygienist, Amber was on time. She was very professional caring about me and any pain I experience. She did an excellent job. The office was clean and professional. I will recommend Advance Dental to anyone seeks a dental referral.

It wasn't till AFTER X-rays were taken and my next appointment was being scheduled was I informed that my Florida-Blue dental insurance WOULDN'T cover some of the x-ray costs.I should have been informed PRIOR to the additional x-rays and informed whether those x-rays were necessary and given the option to accept or decline. This is a trust issue.

Dr Garcia did a great fixing my chipped tooth! It looks better than before and it was all done in one visit. And Bianca was great at explaining everything and assisting. Very friendly and knowledgable.

Keverly is great hygienist never had issues with her. I have issue with billing process.

Outstanding service

In May, it will be a year that I have had to battle insurance over periodontal disease. They told me on May 5, 2025 that they would cover this under medical due to my heart condition. Since then, I have been stuck in the middle between your billing/office manager Barbara and BCBS of Texas. Barb likes to push back on me with any requests they have had. The paperwork (images, diagnoses, codes, billing info, etc) need to come from your office and not me. I am on the hook and have to leave now.

My only comment is over the years. My teeth cleanings were usually 40 to 50 minutes long and a lot more time. I think I was back there 25 minutes yesterday and the dentist never stopped in. I just felt it was a bit rushed.
