I was able to get in quickly for issue. Hygienist was professional, personable, and gentle. Dr explained everything to me and fixed issue. Only concern is explained above.

The hygienist, Amber was on time. She was very professional caring about me and any pain I experience. She did an excellent job. The office was clean and professional. I will recommend Advance Dental to anyone seeks a dental referral.

It wasn't till AFTER X-rays were taken and my next appointment was being scheduled was I informed that my Florida-Blue dental insurance WOULDN'T cover some of the x-ray costs.I should have been informed PRIOR to the additional x-rays and informed whether those x-rays were necessary and given the option to accept or decline. This is a trust issue.
