For the second year now, I have had an annual appointment to see the dentist and after my cleaning while I'm in the chair , am told " the dentist is too busy to see you today" . I explained I wanted my annual dental appointment that has been confirmed the day before ! I waited 30 minutes in the hygiene chair, then she took me to the front, where the receptionist just repeated that the dentist wasn't able to see me. No apology or explanation. Just a rebooking for another time.!!

Everyone was friendly and professional. The initial exam was very thorough. I left with a complete plan of treatment and what my out of pocket will be.

I need alot of work done. Dr. Purcell was very pleasant and explained every step they would take to fix it all. The staff was excellent and gave me a breakdown. I felt very confident they will all do a great job.
