The discount program that the practice uses is just not adequate. For whatever reason, my old insurance would not accept you as a provider. That's a problem when I can't submit for insurance benefits directly. It would not kill you to at least help with filing insurance claims.

I would like to schedule with another hygienist. This is my second visit that I was talked to as if I were a 10-year-old. I really need to see Dr. Eber about this issue. I would appreciate a return phone call.If you do have another hygienist that I can see in your practice, then I need to find another dentist totally

I had the most pleasurable DENTIST visit I have ever had. From the time I walked in until the time I left. The staff was wonderful and my nurse/tech and Dr. Eber was the BEST. I left there making phone calls to all my friends telling them how this was the first time I have ever been to the Dentist for a filling that I truly enjoyed when I’m the BIGGEST Dentist scaredy-cat!!!! Thank you all for making my visit so enjoyable and nice.
