Got helped for 5 min after sitting in a chair for a hour and a half to get charged 200$ to be told I need to spend 6k.

I went from having a real serious phobia about being at the dentist to finally feeling trust again. From the front desk (Jackie) to the dental assistant (Chantelle) to the hygienist (Brian) and the dentist (Dr.Gupta) I was made to feel comfortable and cared for. The course of action was laid out in a very empathetic and professional manner. No more doubt, no more fear. I finally found my dental home.

The team and Dr. Gupta are friendly, personable and caring. Normally dislike dentists; however, Dr.Gupta is so kind and transparent.

My cleaning this year was supposed to be 6 months after my last one in November 25. The had me scheduled 7 months later in June 26 but did manage to get me in May 26 on the wait list. When I had my appointment, I had to wait 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. Now my next cleaning and exam are not until Feb 27. That's 9 months!

I very much liked the vibes coming in and everyone seemed like they knew what they were doing which was very comforting!
