My cleaning this year was supposed to be 6 months after my last one in November 25. The had me scheduled 7 months later in June 26 but did manage to get me in May 26 on the wait list. When I had my appointment, I had to wait 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. Now my next cleaning and exam are not until Feb 27. That's 9 months!

I very much liked the vibes coming in and everyone seemed like they knew what they were doing which was very comforting!

The moment you walk in the door, the architecture and décor looks like a high end spa; not a dentist office. The staff and Dr Gupta puts you right at ease if you feel nervous. Your needs are discussed and all questions answered. There is no pressure to decide right away; you're offered options to review. The prices are very reasonable. I have found my new dentist !

Dr Eber has a fun and professional chair side manner.But I will say I’ve never had that many X-rays taken and Felt anxious about the radiation around my eyes. Do you have glasses for that purpose?I will limit my X-rays in the future and wear some kind of protective gear for the eyes. I’m an x-ray tech and radiation can cause cataracts which I just had cataract surgery.I’ll be returning to the office for a cleaning and loved your office. 😀♥️

I have been patient for years and trust Dr. Ebert’s decisions. Great atmosphere and feel comfortable and love the way they clean my teeth and take care of me.

The discount program that the practice uses is just not adequate. For whatever reason, my old insurance would not accept you as a provider. That's a problem when I can't submit for insurance benefits directly. It would not kill you to at least help with filing insurance claims.

I would like to schedule with another hygienist. This is my second visit that I was talked to as if I were a 10-year-old. I really need to see Dr. Eber about this issue. I would appreciate a return phone call.If you do have another hygienist that I can see in your practice, then I need to find another dentist totally
