Portal never relayed insurance, sent insurance card an extra 2 times by text and they didn’t get it figured out until my appt was over. Asked me to come in early then to have to wait 25 min to be taken back. I like being able to text the office but I’ve also never been anywhere g that didn’t do the cleaning on the same day as the eval.

Clean and friendly environment.

I went in with no knowledge of how it would go. Everything was chill, the staff was helpful and friendly, the place was clean and I had no anxiety during the process and normally that isn’t the case.

Very happy with staff. Appt wait time was more than 1 hour which seemed very long.

All office staff was excellent, the X-ray tech was good.Dental hygieneist was very informative on my teeth and gums and bone loss.The Doctor gave explanation and information on my treatment plan.

I needed a crown placed back on, and the lady who did my x-rays and the hygienist were nice, but the doctor was not, and did not care that I was in pain when she was working on the crown. She just kept going. I told everyone to go easy on me as I hadn't been to the dentist in a long time, for many reasons, and I still got "you can definitely tell you haven't been" and "since you haven't been, xyz is happening..." I will not be returning, I would rather go somewhere that doesn't take my insurance than pay for what they said I needed here.

Overall it was a great experience! I do wish someone at the front desk would have acknowledged that I was there sooner. I came 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork but I was not called to the desk. After 15 minutes I went up to the desk to inquire about the paperwork.I also had some issues with insurance verification even after the practice called my insurance provider. There is a disconnect somewhere. once i was seen, all went great

They were very helpful to get my tooth fixed , but it would have been nice to have a pain medicine for haveing at tooth removal and not over the counter medication

My gumline Porcelain filling fell out during the cleaning appt., and it had only been in a few weeks. It is quite a large area at the top of tooth, but I am waiting a month to get the dentist appt to refill. Too long to wait.
