I couldn’t have asked for a better appt. The faculty and Staff were exceptional and treated me so kindly. They were very attentive to my concerns and took the time to explained everything to me.I give the office a 10/10 and would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

My new patient paperwork I completed online was not received, so I had to fill it out in office . I waited 58 minutes to be called into the exam room . Once there, my experience was better. But terrible first impression was made.

Always at least 30-45 mins behind schedule for appointments, even in the first hour of being open. Staff shows up late and then laughs about being late with a waiting room full of patients. Difficult to budget how long I need to take off of work in the mornings.

This office is always late. There has never been a time when I’ve actually been seen by my appointment time. If this was an occasional occurrence, it wouldn’t be a big deal, but it is every single time. I stopped going to the dentist specifically because you’re horrible with appointment times the only reason I’m back is because I didn’t know I picked the same office when I made my last appointment. Honestly, it is rude to your patients to treat their time as less valuable,
