From the front office to the dental team and doctor, everyone was so friendly and professional. It was truly a wonderful first visit. Everyone explained everything very well and I look forward to continuing on as a patient of this practice.

I was pleasantly surprised to be called back early, get all my X-rays done but then sat there for 45+ minutes waiting for the doctor to do his exam, with no one checking on me. Once he was finished, he explained the treatment plan and pointed to “someone” behind me. They both left and no one communicated they’d be right back.In my opinion, communication all around would be a better approach.

Professional, gentle & caring

Everyone was very professional and nice. Initial visit was very thorough. Took longer than expected but it is because they take the time to spend with each patient answering any and all questions. Dr Ramirez was very nice.

Facility very clean/modern; Staff was kind; appt. time was good; wait time in the room was not good (1.5 hrs. for initial eval.)Too many patients scheduled at the same time (?) or more staff needed.

Staff was friendly and helpful, but I sat in a room for over an hour doing nothing. That part was the worst dental experience I have ever had.
