I waited almost a month for this appointment

My appt was at 8. I showed up at 750 and filled out my paperwork. I was brought to the back and took X-rays and was done by 830. I was then left sitting in the chair until 10am with no communication other than we’re almost ready. When I made a comment to the dentist after she walked in finally she told me I needed to be patient. She completed her exam and said next would be the cleaning. I sat for another 30 min alone in the room with no cleaning happening. I have one day off a week and found it very insensitive to my time and there for I got up and left.

The first lady I saw who did all the X-rays made me feel real comfortable !! Then I saw the dentist she was so gentle and made me also feel comfortable!!! I’m very happy with my experience at Advance Dental Care Ken Becker

It was wonderful. Everyone in the office was so nice. The office was very clean. The Dr was very nice and explained everything very good.

I am 77 yrs old, the front desk people were extremely courteous, the young x ray tech didn't know her job very well 1 hr 40 minutes taking X-rays , I am handicapp so bit to long, the dentist said it's takes 2 hr first visit, I told him someone should told me when o made appointment !

The dental cleaning is excellent.The best part was that it was pointed out that my insurance would not cover my next visit because it was scheduled too soon after my visit. By changing it. I saved a lot of money which is really appreciate.

Im very happy about everything. Everyone was very pleasant!

Horrible !! Never going tu this office again and will NOT recommend you at all !
