Brought my mother in for an exam. She is 93 in a wheelchair due to a stroke. Everyone was so kind and patient with her. We had been to other dental offices but the staff just didn’t show any patience or empathy. It was a good experience for my mom.

Everyone was very friendly and the doctors were super informative.

The staff and dmd were courteous. I went to the appointment with a frame of mind that I would be getting an exam and prophy. That was not the case. An hour was spent on the exam and X-ray. Had I know this going in, I would not have made the appt. This is the first time in 30 years that I’ve experienced the exam and cleaning to be separate appointments. I took a day off of work to get this done and to only have gotten X-rays and an exam done was not a good use of my time.Maybe my insurance - HMO - was the reason? I will not get an HMO in the future.Or maybe corporate dental offices have a modified protocol than that of private dental offices. I understand things change but I cannot have an inordinate amount of time spent on a procedure that can easily be taken care of in an hour, not two.

Waiting time for the doctor is bad and service price is really high

I was really nervous going in as it has been a very long time since my last dental visit. The staff and doctor was so kind and helped me understand everything about my visit. Such a great experience for me overall.

I was very happy with the doctor and all the staff. They were very helpful and kind. This being my first visit, I was very nervous but everyone tried to make me feel more comfortable.
