Everyone is kind, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I’m very pleased and would recommend this Office to anyone and everyone. They are especially patient and caring to the disabled and challenged.

I have been a patient for 10 years at this office. In those 10 years I had to cancel 3 appointments on that span. Each time I was put on a list to replace any cancellations. This is the first time that I was finally contacted after a 4 month wait. So you tell me no one canceled in that time frame?

I love this office. Pablo is the best! My concern is with billing. My insurance covers one or two cleanings a year, and one exam per year or something like that. I can’t remember exactly. But every time I go it costs me money. Yesterday I had to pay 70 for something from last year and 148 for this visit. I was going to call my insurance and ask but figured I would let you know as well.

The staff is not very friendly, you ask them a question and they stare at you with a confuse look, when it comes to billing or to schedule an appointment. The front office staff is very cold. When you come in, they don’t acknowledge your presence right away.You say good morning and they look at you like why are you here, when I left the office no one said have a good day. Nothing” they just hold down their heads and stay at the computer.

My hygienist is a very tactless person. When I told them something hurt they just continued on. They also let water spill over my mouth down my neck and don’t even try to dry it up (every cleaning this happens) and the little suction tool was pressed into my cheek long enough that it actually left the skin puckered and sore. When they were scraping with some tool they hit something that has actually cased some weird throbbing/spasms on that side of my jaw that I’ve never had before.
