The doctor and hygienist and staff were very courteous and helpful, however, I was very disappointed with your pricing. I have four teeth on both sides of my mouth that needs a deep clean. Your pricing is charging me $40 per tooth for antibiotics that I know will be a rinse for my whole mouth… I think that’s not a fair deal.

The personnel is very nice but they make me wait to long. I suffer from my nerves and I get to ansious.

I had a new person cleaning my teeth. He needed to take measurements of my gums. As he was taking the measurements I started to taste blood. All of a sudden my measurements went from 2-4 to 4-6. While that was happening someone walked in asking for clarity on how may times a day the previous patient should take their prescription. After my measurements were done I had the same prescription of the last patient. Definitely feels like he is finding a reason to push meds on patients.

Today I received a call from someone at this office. The lady started the conversation very rude and instead of asking me about where the misunderstanding was, she pretty much let her frustration out on me. She asked me if I wanted to schedule another appointment, as soon as I said no, she just hung. Very poor customer care on her end.
