I have been a patient at this location since it opened & once I got established I requested to always have the same Hygenist which is Nate. I specifically asked to make it noted that if Nate is not going to be in for whatever reason, that I be notified ahead of time so I can change my appointment to when he is in. I walked into my appointment yesterday being unaware that Nate was not in. I was not happy that I was not told ahead of time. I have more to say but it won’t let me.

My appointment was for 3:00. I was there 5 minutes early. It was not until almost 4:00 before my daughter was able to be seen. Then... it was another 45 minutes before they even started drilling into her teeth. I was in your office a grand total of 3 hours!!@ why? I have a lot going on at work so that was unacceptable.

I waited 25 minutes past my appointment time. We were never notified that Morgan was gone and we’d have a new hygienist. Whereas Mo was very nice and attentive. He explained what he was doing all the way through but, I got many showers on my face during my appointment. (Never had that happen before). Dripping down my neck and the bib is as soaked when he was done. And I felt he was very pushy with “possible” future treatments and what my plans were. Didn’t get to see Dr. Abril.
