Very friendly, straightforward and honest. Value vs. cost is discussed from the patient’s perspective regardless of the size of your wallet - the way it should be done -seemingly lost on too many other professional services firms nowadays.

The staff was friendly, informative, educational, patient, and they listened to my concerns and addressed them all thoroughly. I am not only happy to be calling them my new dentist office, but I'm even excited to go back and see the friendly staff!

Norkis then presented a comprehensive estimate of the plan. Although I wasn’t pleased with the results, I felt cared for and cared about and made the first appointment without hesitation.

My husband and I were visiting from out of state. He had a dental emergency that prompted us to visit your office. They took a x-ray and after a very rushed exam she determined that he had a abscess tooth that needed a root canal. After further review with our general dentist and a endodontist near our home in Michigan, he had a cracked tooth that needed to be extracted and not a root canal. We felt that we were very rushed and our questions and concerns were being blown off.
