I went for cleaning and ended up looking at a good deal of work of that needs to be done. Very expensive procedures

My husband and I were visiting from out of state. He had a dental emergency that prompted us to visit your office. They took a x-ray and after a very rushed exam she determined that he had a abscess tooth that needed a root canal. After further review with our general dentist and a endodontist near our home in Michigan, he had a cracked tooth that needed to be extracted and not a root canal. We felt that we were very rushed and our questions and concerns were being blown off.

The care is excellent. The staff wonderful! While we like the care, continue to wait on a new office opening in Englewood after the old one being destroyed in the Hurricane. ***No real updates other than we plan on doing reopening. Communication would be appreciated to the patients who have remained loyal…….Updates as to what the plans are and time line is the right thing to do. Especially when you travel 1.5 too 2:00 round trip to Sarasota depending on the time of day.

Wait time on time when they make appts . Wait time 2nd time was longer about 15 mins later. Clean and neat waiting room. And in dental chair was neat and clean. The staff very friendly and Caryn the new dentist very nice and her assistant Lyn very nice and explained everything both of them what they were doing that day.and how much everything was going to be.
