Everyone was nice and the cleaning was the best i ever had.

Experience was good. Dentist spoke really fast and didn’t really explain options or ask if I had questions. Just “told” me what was going to be done. I was given the pricing sheet but again not a real explanation.My son was nervous about X-rays and hygienist appeared to be very annoyed. He is 5 and a little more patience would have been nice.

This was by far my worst experience ever my child didn’t even really get his teeth cleaned we talked hipa issue when others were feet away. The dentist or whoever attempted to clean there teeth were horrible and because i had twins they put us in 1 chair at one point my son and husband were on the floor!

That was the worst experience that I’ve ever had at a dentist. I will actually be getting different dental insurance due to how bad that visit was they ended up brushing my twins teeth with just crust toothpaste they never introduce themselves. We were talking about HIPAA issues in front of other patients. The office was set up terrible for pediatric patients.

Excellent service

I was disappointed my records were not opened in a timely fashion from my previous provider. I had a range of x-rays and hoping insurance will cover. I was taken for my appointment on time , had a wonderful hygienist Chelsea, very pleased with my cleaning. I am puzzled by the request for a deposit for fillings at my next appointment.
