im 20 and have social anxiety this was my first time going to a dentist alone. it was nerve wracking but i did it and they made me feel taken care of so well. they took everything slowly and verbalized everything that happened smoothly.

The dentist is a pleasure and worked well with my child however, front desk staff is rude, unprofessional, not friendly and simply ruins the experience the moment you walk through the door. Scheduling an appointment with this practice is comparable to rocket science and there is a significant disconnect between the online schedule system and what occurs in office. Several cancelations with no explanation or remedy before we were able to be seen and terrible experience from the moment we entered the door. We utilized this practice years ago and were met with the same terrible customer experience but hoped things would have changed. This indicates that this is a culture issue not a staff issue. While the dentist themselves are competent and a joy to work with sitting in a waiting room with individuals who hate working and interacting with the people the practice serves ruins the entire experience. Managerial staff is adamant that they support their staff and not the clients. This was the case years ago and is still the case today. Without the clients your staff has no employment so put clients first and create a culture where staff are welcoming and pleasant to all who enter the practice. Make scheduling smooth and effectively communicate any scheduling changes with clients.

Frustrating that I have to make a second appointment for a cleaning.All team members were friendly and confident.Dentist never talked about a crown and then the assistant said we needed to schedule it because it was on the care plan. If it were that important the dentist would/should talk to me about it.
