This is the worst experience I have ever had with a healthcare provider in the entire I would love to have the phone number of someone in a position of authority—like a supervisor—so I can explain the number of problems their company causes.

Total computer failure on day of original appointments for myself and wife. Had to reschedule because of this - they have no manual appointment backup system!!!

Both of us described dental issues that the dentist seemingly ignored. We were presented with our printed treatment options and needed to consider our finances b4 agreeing at which time we left, no one telling us to stop at a checkout desk at all, and in the just 24 hours since we left, we have received 2 phone calls, 2 texts, and 2 emails demanding immediate payment of a co- pay no one ever advised us of. Would have been much more customer friendly had the dentist office simply sent us a bill which we would have paid immediately instead of all this urgent harassment going on now.

Everyone was very nice and informative.

Experience was very good. Staff and Doctor was professional / friendly / accommodating.
