I would like to share my family’s experience with Advanced Dental Care was awesome the staff was very professional and knowledgeable most importantly they were very helpful throughout the process. The Orthodontist doctor was great! We thought our child was going to possibly lose a tooth due to some circumstances but her diligence and understanding of the situation she help create a beautiful smile for my child. We would very grateful for her being able to help us.

Everybody is nice and helpful

Experience overall was good, the dentist and assistant had an amazing bedside manner. Wait time was excessive, cleaning took 5 to 10 minutes and then had to wait for dentist to arrive for about 30 mins. Also, I have tried twice to schedule an appointment for my daughter and they keep telling me they have to check if she can be seen by the adult or pediatric dentist and they will call me but still have not received a call back.

Overall everything and everyone was nice.

Dr o is the only Dentist you ever needHe is compassionate kind fair. Won’t rip you off. Only does what is your best medical need. and always wants to keep you healthy and pain free

the hospitality here was unmatched! i was so pleased with the staffing from check in, consultation, Dr. Ospina to the procedure to check out staff! even observing the care of the elderly.

I did not like the dentist assistant not taking her time and rushing to clean my teeth and splashing water all over me doing so fast I kept telling her to slow down she was done in 15 minutes and I didn’t not like the receptionist making me call the smiles company again and not listening to me when I said it had not expired and I was not paying the higher amount after I had already left and it was discussed earlier they I had the cheaper plan and she let talking over me

Wasn't sure what was all covered under my insurance.
