Unfortunately, I did not have a positive experience. I’ve gone to the dentist every 6 months my entire life. This dentist looked at my teeth for one minute and told me I have seven cavities. As a patient who has never had a cavity, I was not shown pictures of my teeth or provided sufficient education on this. The purpose of my visit was supposed to be a simple cleaning. This was not able to be done due to poor communication and scheduling from the staff. Overall, it was a negative experience and I will not be coming back.
