I have never liked going to the dentist. From setting initial appt to x rays to next steps, hands down, THEE BEST experience!

I tried to tell the medical professional that I was experiencing pain and discomfort and was told because she could not see it, I was not experiencing it. I repeated myself multiple times that I was experiencing a burning sensation in my cheek and was ignored. I left feeling very dissatisfied and unheard and angry. I will never return to this dentist office because I no longer feel like it is a safe medical environment for me.
