All the staff were professional and friendly. However the office environment has changed since I was there last. There are seemingly derogatory signs all over the waiting room. Not one sign said Welcome glad you’re here. I understand you want to enforce your rules but think about doing it in a more professional way.

I may need to find another insurance because my understanding the current insurance that I have which is care Plus, it's not offer crowding and that the major factor in my needs

I was charged for services covered by insurance LAST February (2025) and I'm still waiting for my refund.

I have recently developed some sensitivity concerns and expressed this to the provider yesterday. I mentioned sensitivity to cold and was told there was nothing they could do about the water temp for cleaning but they would be careful. They were not careful enough and sent cold water directly on the sensitive area, shocking my nerve and literally causing me to almost leap off the chair from the pain. I am hesitant to come back now, although a patient since 2003.
