I was charged for services covered by insurance LAST February (2025) and I'm still waiting for my refund.

I have recently developed some sensitivity concerns and expressed this to the provider yesterday. I mentioned sensitivity to cold and was told there was nothing they could do about the water temp for cleaning but they would be careful. They were not careful enough and sent cold water directly on the sensitive area, shocking my nerve and literally causing me to almost leap off the chair from the pain. I am hesitant to come back now, although a patient since 2003.

Team at dental advanced, they are polite ,caring and punctual

procedure caused excesive bleeding. placed with a temporary crown is v-e-r-y uncomfortable- have to go to specialist [2/18]] for additional work on gum before placing permanent crown. Very careful in eating brushing teeth -temp crown fells like it may pop off can feel edge not smooth - eating soft foods, not brushing tooth only around it, rinsing [very carefully- appears light blood when I spit] - is there a emergeny number/place if crown falls off?
