I do have an issue with billing from our first visit with extractions. Everything seemed paid using Carecredit almost 8 months ago. Then a couple of months we start getting bills for unpaid ballance. Not sure what issue was, i called and they said it is confusing and it would be taken care of. I am currently still getting this bill. We did have a wonderful experience with Dental implants that we just paid for using Carecredit again costing us 15,000 but not sure why i still get this other unpaid bill. I makes me wonder if later i will get an unexpected bill from current procedure this past week.

At our initial visit, we were told that this was out-of-pocket no insurance involved so we asked for the amount it would cost to extract the tooth and received something in writing. we paid for the initial visit on data service. Got the cost of the surgery and made an appointment to have the surgery now we’re getting a bill that we owe money which we don’t owe. We asked for a correct cost of the surgery and paid that on the data service. Please quit billing us.

Dr. Hanna is great. He is a skilled professional who cares about his patients. He made me feel relaxed and he put me at ease when he said no question is a stupid question. I asked him if he thought I was being vain because I wanted to improve the appearance of my neck. He reassured me that I wasn’t and there was nothing wrong with how I was feeling. He’s just truly a great, caring physician.
