Got several messages asking me to fill out information. After arrival and check-in, a short wait followed by going to a procedure room. The worry factor rose sharply when the patient files in that room were determined to be for someone else! About 8 minutes later another Doctor's assistant took me into an X-Ray facility and another procedure room, where my ID was confirmed and the situation changed from consultation to extraction with local anesthesia, as I had expected.

Dentist was AMAZING! Would give him a 10 out of 10. Your billing department gets a ZERO. I feel I was charged incorrectly but the person who helped me didn’t seem to want to hear me out. She just wanted the payment. I decided to just pay the bill but would not recommend your business for this reason. I work for a small business and understand a business is in business to make money. However, the billing should always be 100% upfront. When I received the final bill there was a line item that was not there originally. The explanation given was unsatisfactory. I believe I was told it was for tubes or something relating to sedation but I was not sedated.

Front desk needs a little help to be helpful to the patient. I had 2 insurance cards but only I would load into machine and I was asked to call into office later on and give them the information. I feel they should have made a copy and forward it to the correct department.I didn’t get the name of the young lady who had good and happy music playing. When I was getting unhooked from IV I was dancing in my chair I guess I was feeling good.Dr. Torres is very nice he explained the process. He advise me on the time release medication for pain. I am very happy I chose the pain medication 4 wisdom teeth extracted with no pain. I would do it again, again and again no pain. It took me 2 years to get the courage to get into the chair because I thought the pain was going to be big. The teeth have been in there for at least 47 years.Billing needs some help. They quoted me one price. I paid over $2,000.00 at the time of service on 5-15-2025. Then 5 months later I received a bill for $227.60 more. I had already paid what I was told was my bill. Cindy is reviewing my bill to make sure the numbers are correct. I believe I don’t owe the bill I paid what I was told.I feel everything was a smooth process only 2 little bumps. I will definitely recommend Dr. Torres he is a wonderful and knowledgeable Dr. Tell Dr. Torres how happy I am he treated me.Happy Holidays and Happy New Year.
