When scheduling the appointment for an extraction, I was not informed the first appointment would be a consultation and the extraction would occur at a subsequent appointment. If your process would have been explained to me, frustration and confusion could have been eliminated.

Billing department messes up my bill all the which is frustrating!

I have stitches going into my wisdom tooth socket causing it to hurt more and not able to get a response as to what I should do. Got a hold and got me in for appointment right away took care of problem for previous visit 10/10
