Failure to complete complimentary services.The following day I received a text message from service manager Chad Young stating that something was discovered during my inspection that required attention, and for me to please contact him for further information. When I attempted to do so, I was informed that in fact nothing was wrong with my vehicle. This causes me to have doubts about the sincerity and capability of the dealership service department. An automobile is a significant purchase by a consumer and it's care is of great concern to me, the buyer.As a dealer service department, don't promise customers complimentary services if you have no intention of fulfilling them. I have had my Outlander serviced there twice since I purchased it 1 year ago, and neither time were the complimentary services promised fulfilled. Disappointing, to say the least. It certainly lessens the probability that I will ever purchase a vehicle there again, nor will I continue to use their services for maintaining my vehicle in the future.Vehicle was presented back to me without completion of complimentary services being done.Used an excuse to explain why I didn't receive my complimentary services. Insufficient.
