My service was exceptional, the service associated let me know services I needed to get done to my vehicle in the near future. She was very courteous and professional.Courteous service in a timely manner.

Service representative made it a huge deal that I did not present coupon for oil change when I dropped off the deal the night before. I told her I would bring it when I came to pay and pick up vehicle she said no. I had to cancel my appointment and call back several times to speak to manager who finally agreed that I could bring coupon when paying. Then they said I needed brakes. The same dealer just did my brakes. I’m questioning if they did them last time 1-2 years ago. Then I got 2 new tires because they recommended but they put the new tires on the back. If only buying 2 tires the new always go on the front. The service rep said they always put on the back. If that’s true that’s only so the older ones wear quicker. That dealership is full of itThey said they washed and I think they did with an oily rag. Windows were greasy smears.
