Trisha was great— she was very informative and honest! She shared what she knew and provided the information that she didn’t know. She was excellent! Also we noticed The building appears to be will maintained. We also appreciated the friendly interaction between the residents and staff. That was nice to see!

The “affordable senior” rent is $200 per month MORE than my current market rate apartment. When I called to ask why that was, I was told that’s what the state told them to charge, and then the line went dead.
