They’re very good with the landscaping, and maintenance, the apartments are updated and modern. The charges to use the resident portal for payments is a little expensive, and it’s not very kid friendly. But it’s overall a nice community they also over the Flex rental payment which is great

Staff is always so friendly and helpful. I feel safe here and it’s well maintained.

I love this community, no bugs, clean environment and very quiet! Only thing I don’t like is the new pet app bc I have turned in my documentation for my animals and I’m still being harassed by them saying I need to turn in more.

The lady I spoke with was so helpful and very friendly. The property is clean and quiet and perfect.
