Cheyenne was very helpful, friendly, and upfront with information about the apartments. She was very prepared, having answers to many of my questions before I even asked them.

Katie was fantastic.She answered any questions and was reliable and fast responding. She also had a positive attitude when meeting with her and made sure we got settled in safely. This place is pet friendly and greeted my dog with treats and lots of love. 10/10 recommend staying with Timber Hollow and having Ms. Elfers as your go to person.

Overall okay, but my move in was a little dirty and smelly.

So far it's quiet. I don't like having the compactor/dumpster so far because I can't carry anything heavy very far and the 2 bag limit means trash has to stay in my apartment unless I drive the trash to the compactor and I'm still breaking down boxes. I never know when my son will have to go pick my granddaughter up from school for being bad so I'm limited on using his car.
