Im a bit disappointed this time. I as told ro drive 300 miles & bring back to try to get rid of stirring noise. Its still making noises when i start up driving although new parts were put in. You all disclosed this to me when i picked up car. Linda Freeland

I needed to get my brakes checked and I believe Aiman ? came out and after inspecting gave me a breakdown of what needed to be fixed now with a recommendation for future repairs and explained the importance of it being done to avoid further damage and more repairs . He gave me a quote for todays repair and the estimate on the other as well. Not pushy or overselling, but informative and straight forward . The repairs were done in 2 hours, the bill was exactly the amount quoted, and they gave me a printed receipt with a breakdown of services rendered and denied . The only thing they didn’t do was spell my name right on the receipt, and that’s ok because I probably got the reps name wrong too so we’re even. Lol. I took my 2017 Honda CRV to Aloha yesterday for my auto health check appointment to ensure safety for an upcoming trip. As always, the employees were cordial and thorough. They detected two areas of significant concern - the faulty A/C refrigerant discharge hose and the need for transmission fluid replacement. I surely didn’t want to go on my trip with these issues. I gave my consent and they worked me into their already busy schedule for the day. At completion I left confident that I could go on my Thanksgiving trip safely. Without exception, Aloha employees are friendly, caring, welcoming, and provide outstanding service. They have been taking care of my automobiles for four years. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Everyone was so polite and accommodating. I really enjoyed the outside waiting area. I'll definitely be back. There's 4 automobiles in our househol6. We moved here in August and I feel confident that we found our spot for any services. Thank you guys

I recently visited Aloha Auto Repair for a second opinion after another shop (during an aligment) claimed I had dire suspension issues that would cost a fortune to fix. From the moment I chatted with Amon and then Steve on the phone, I was impressed with their service. They fit me in same day for a free suspension inspection, and the staff took the time to document their findings with pictures and video. This was super helpful for understanding what was actually going on with my car. While they pointed out a few small areas that would eventually need attention, they reassured me that it wasn’t urgent and that I didn't need to replace anything right away. They not only saved me a significant amount of money, but their friendliness and professionalism made the experience even better. I specifically worked with Steve, Amon, and Jonathan, and all three were very knowledgeable friendly, laid back, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. I'm not surprised about the other awesome reviews as its clear they truly prioritize great customer service. I left feeling relieved and also confident in their expertise, and I definitely plan to return for any future auto repair needs.
