Ken did not not I have health challenges, and he helped with excellent customer service skills just because that is his character. I asked me if there were many people in line to get oil change. Responded with about 2 hours. Instead of me sitting there, I was able to run several hours, arriving with only a brief wait. Not only was I able to accomplish some much needed appointments, my treatment at Aloha made me feel like a valued patron. They do that, but on that tough day for me, it really made my day. Thank you!

I bought the oil change package that's why I would come back. But honestly all the things they said Ineeded to fix and to not even offer me a free bottle of water (joke).No Allen resident discount or senior help sheesh I will be looking elsewhere for repairs services and just some to Aloha foroul changes. I get it.
