I recently visited Aloha Auto Repair for a second opinion after another shop (during an aligment) claimed I had dire suspension issues that would cost a fortune to fix. From the moment I chatted with Amon and then Steve on the phone, I was impressed with their service. They fit me in same day for a free suspension inspection, and the staff took the time to document their findings with pictures and video. This was super helpful for understanding what was actually going on with my car. While they pointed out a few small areas that would eventually need attention, they reassured me that it wasn’t urgent and that I didn't need to replace anything right away. They not only saved me a significant amount of money, but their friendliness and professionalism made the experience even better. I specifically worked with Steve, Amon, and Jonathan, and all three were very knowledgeable friendly, laid back, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. I'm not surprised about the other awesome reviews as its clear they truly prioritize great customer service. I left feeling relieved and also confident in their expertise, and I definitely plan to return for any future auto repair needs. Staff is always friendly. I have only taken cars there for registration inspections. My son had his exhaust swapped out there a few years ago. But I feel these guys are trustworthy and not there to make a quick buck off of you nor try to rip you off. Parking lot is always full of cars so it must be a great place.
