Overall they did a great job, just some minor miscommunication at times, other than that, they are very helpful and friendly!

The tech worked quickly and effectively diagnoses and handled the car issues. Great job. The service manager did not give any updates. I dropped it off at 11 am, called at 4:30, no reply. Calls the next morning at 11. No reply. Called at 2:00. Was told he went homesick earlier that day. Tech would get in touch. He texted me at 2:30 w diagnosis and what we needed to do. The car was ready for pick up at 5:00. Would be nice for an update. Car was there over 30 hours w no reply to my three messages.

They are very professional in all ways. Highly recommend.

I needed to have the vehicle inspected. I looked for somewhere convenient and found them listed so I called they said to come on in so I did a gentleman met me at the entrance took my keys and so I went inside and took a seat 10-15 minutes later they were done called me up and I paid my bill, received my certificate. It was $10.00 less than at least one other place I called who didn’t have an appointment open and another place that never returned my call. I noticed several cars in their lot so it looks like they have a thriving business or people would not use their services.

This shop is convenient to my house. Each time I’ve used them for service, I’ve been pleasantly surprised . I would recommend them for your automotive needs.

I went to Walmart for an oil change it was terrible. So I went to Aloha Automotive to get oil change and they were awesome. They fixed my problem with my car and was very nice. It was the same people from the last time and they knew what they were doing. I really love them. They do amazing job and really care about their customers.
