I recently came in for a teeth cleaning, I was not very pleased with the whole experience, my mouth/teeth didn’t even feel refreshed when I left , “ no mintyness “, my cleaning seemed pretty lame compared to to my cleanings in the past. The technician seemed ok but kept spraying cold water all over my face, when I left they forgot all about asking me about “ teeth whitening , which I inquired about. The music was loud & annoying.

I had cavity fillings done last week and am having pain on a tooth that was filled. I can not chew on that side without pain. I have tried to call to schedule a follow up to have looked at but no answer.

This week both Monday- cleaning with Rickie, & today- via phone with Phil to understand my new dental insurance card coverage & scheduling! I’m a blessed to have them on “my team” along with new to me Dr Kim & the other front lady. They all seem much more patient than rare previous experiences (which was probably just my own perception!). This week I felt the care, patience & compassion! Thanks!

My appointment was at 1 o’clock, I was taken back at 1:30.It is March and seeing Christmas decorations in the front waiting area was disheartening and screams unkept.The soap in the restroom was an empty Christmas soap container with water in it.Apparently, my dentist left and I was assigned a new dentist without my knowledge.As I was checking out, a lady that works in the office across from the counter was dressed entirely INAPPROPRIATE, wearing a tank top showing 3/4 of her breasts.

Kinda of a big deal when my regular dentist doesn't work there anymore don't you think!!!
