Friendly staff, attentive, pain free, but I was expecting to get a basic cleaning even with the treatment plan. That disappointed me.

I hadn't been to the dentist in a long time. Everyone was kind and I appreciated how everyone talked me through every step of the examination -- I've come to expect either just small talk or the silent treatment from dental professionals. I was disappointed that I didn't get the teeth cleaning I signed up for, but I guess it can't be helped because I had cavities to fill and they had a schedule to keep.

Leslie and Dr Kondapalli were incredibly kind and the hygienist was as well but I forgot her name! They all made me feel welcome and I will happily return for all my family’s dental needs

I was pretty nervous because the last time I was at the dentist was over 5 years ago. Everyone was so nice and respectful. I had a perfect appointment. I can tell they want to help me have a healthy smile and hygiene. Highly Recommend.

More clarity on what exactly being done would have been helpful. I have never had an experience of a hygienist looking at pics and calling out numbers to another.i asked and still explanation not clear! The hygienist was very nice I just felt I was in the dark!

The staff was very courteous towards me. The lady that cleaned my teeth, was a very nice lady and the female Doctor, from India, was very kind and explained my issues in detail. Very pleased with the overall experience.

I recently came in for a teeth cleaning, I was not very pleased with the whole experience, my mouth/teeth didn’t even feel refreshed when I left , “ no mintyness “, my cleaning seemed pretty lame compared to to my cleanings in the past. The technician seemed ok but kept spraying cold water all over my face, when I left they forgot all about asking me about “ teeth whitening , which I inquired about. The music was loud & annoying.
