I have enjoyed living here for the past 3 years. And I do plan on renewing my lease soon.. Perhaps we can take care of 1 or 2 problems. They're small problems, nothing. Nothing that management can't take care of.. I have an upstairs neighbor that has company coming over and smoking outside on the balcony and throwing their cigarette butts onto the ground. That is not acceptable.. And we have other tenants from various parts of the property coming around to let their dog defecate out on the lawn and will not remove it. Upon completing their dog's business, that isn't acceptable either... So besides those 2 small things that the management will take care of in a timely manner. I do plan on renewing my lease for the following upcoming year.. P.S Maybe we could get some more lighting in the breezeways as we approach our door it's a little dark when the season changes... I love the fact that everyone here is so family. Oriented, we are all very good communicators with one another and the office staff, it's very professional kind and courteous. The maintenance staff goes above and beyond the call of duty.. Let's start off the new year, the same way we ended twenty twenty five... We were told that we are able to apply now to be able to get the six weeks free when we move in, in march. We went to fill out the application and put when we are moving in, but it wouldn’t let us select a move in date in early March. I say this because when we talking to the man at the front desk and did our tour, he said someone who’s moving in, in April, was able to get their application approved….but they aren’t moving in until April. Why are we not able to get the same deal?

Customer representative was kind and knowledgeable.

My apartment has been great. However the complex is not gated. Every weekend after 2pm this place becomes a mechanic shop in the back of the complex and what feels like a park. People come and take up parking spaces, drink alcohol and listen to loud music. They also leave a lot of trash to include bottles and cans.

Maintenance is great!! Ground are clean except for the cigarettes my neighbor throws off the balcony. Gate has only worked for a week since I have lie here but that's ok
