Customer representative was kind and knowledgeable.

My apartment has been great. However the complex is not gated. Every weekend after 2pm this place becomes a mechanic shop in the back of the complex and what feels like a park. People come and take up parking spaces, drink alcohol and listen to loud music. They also leave a lot of trash to include bottles and cans.

Maintenance is great!! Ground are clean except for the cigarettes my neighbor throws off the balcony. Gate has only worked for a week since I have lie here but that's ok

I really like the apartments and they are very safe and the work team is the best.

Tracy and her assistant were phenomenal. We ended the process of renting in about 30 minutes. Love it Stefano
