My living experience here at Alvista has been good, there are definitely some things that need improvement. I think there needs to be some changes to help implement a better living community. If those changes were to be made then it would make the community a lot better.

Barbara answered all my questions and also told me everything I needed to know. The 6weeks free helps me alot too. However I haven't gotten my lease yet just an approval .Hopefully Tuesday I can set everything in stone 🙏. Very kind and knowledgeable staff! Cannot wait to live here

I think I’m wasting electricity because of my refrigerator is at the highest temperature to cool. I think it need to be checked.

Alvista apartments are the best. I've lived in this very nice place for many years, and all the staff are truly kind and polite. I invite you to visit them.
