I put in an emergency ticket for no AC at 940 am on June 20. Maintenance didn’t arrive until over 48 hrs later on June 22. This is unacceptable with 100 degree temps! This is not the first issue with the AC and I have had repeated issues with the shower faucet knob as well.

The staff in the Alvista office are not timely or consistent in following up on maintenance requests. The workmanship is ok.

I live my apartmentThe grounds are always full of trashThe security gate never works just stays openIf the fob doesn't work they don't fix it they just tell you use another doorMaintence people look sketchy. No uniforms

Maintenance came and verified the problem saying it was a part that was not working. They were going to order the part and will email me when it comes in. I have not received the email yet.
