-Had a roach and ant problem I fixed-My balcony door never got fixed from the start of move- in-Walls are thin I can hear neighbors tv from downstairs as well as hearing them slam the doors every day all day through the night-Neighbors play loud music every blue moon-My drains always smell like poop from when my downstairs neighbors use the restroom-Small lil bugs come in from the windows not being sealed all the way everyday causing me to clean the window seal every single day-One part of my stovetop is hard to remove to clean under-Mold from past residents is still in shower (I cleaned most of its manage-able)-For the pest fee we are paying for it with the other fees but haven’t had pest control come and spray highly confused on why we’re paying that if they having been coming to spray- over all experience living here is a good 7.5 or of 10 other than those problems

He did ask if there were any other issues and there was 1 that I didn't request yet and he took care of that as well, which was appreciated.

I feel very happy living in Alvista; they are the best, and the security for our family and community is the best.

I have enjoyed living here for the past 3 years. And I do plan on renewing my lease soon..Perhaps we can take care of 1 or 2 problems. They're small problems, nothing.Nothing that management can't take care of..I have an upstairs neighbor that has company coming over and smoking outside on the balcony and throwing their cigarette butts onto the ground. That is not acceptable..And we have other tenants from various parts of the property coming around to let their dog defecate out on the lawn and will not remove it. Upon completing their dog's business, that isn't acceptable either...So besides those 2 small things that the management will take care of in a timely manner. I do plan on renewing my lease for the following upcoming year..P.S Maybe we could get some more lighting in the breezeways as we approach our door it's a little dark when the season changes...I love the fact that everyone here is so family. Oriented, we are all very good communicators with one another and the office staff, it's very professional kind and courteous. The maintenance staff goes above and beyond the call of duty..Let's start off the new year, the same way we ended twenty twenty five...God-bless and thank you again for allowing me to be a happy tenant at Alvista apartment's.
