I need a heads up when the work orders will be fulfilled. The lack of communication is worrisome.

Nothing was resolved? I looked back at my request history and the 2 maintenance requests about the oven and the patio roofing hasn't been completed at all. Plus no one has called or contacted me from the office about the trash one I made most recently. So confused as to which request this review is for

I still have a whole lot of wasp on my patio. The nest hasn’t been knocked down on the patio- The two nests on the garage are not as active. The nest should be removed from the garage and the patio after you eliminate the wasps.

No one even acknowledged my request. Not even a response it was received. Grounds look horrible and maintenance is lacking any responseDog poop trash is about to overflow and smells management does not care anymore. Not sure what's going on. I feel like this place is going down hill fast.
