i’ve enjoyed living here the past year

I liked living at Alvista but there are a few things that have made me chose to not renew my lease. The gym only has a few working equipment and my whole lease term, we were told that management was in the process of replacing the broken equipment. I personally have put in request and this still has not been done. The dog park was very disappointing and should be larger or not listed as an amenity. Our apartment specifically had a crack in the ceiling. We put in a report and nothing was done. We asked management about it and they stated they would send someone out to paint over it which would not help the problem. The exterior of our apartment, outside the front door, there is paint peeling from the ceiling. We’ve also put in a request for that and nothing was done. Other than those issues, the apartments themselves are beautiful and the location is perfect.

I really enjoyed my experience looking at the property!! The staff was wonderful, and made me feel like I was apart of a family. They made sure my needs were met, and I highly recommend !!
