I have been renting at Mill One since it opened in 2021. The location is great since there is so much to do in Downtown Mooresville. My apartment is very nice and love having a balcony. If I have any issues, the maintenance department is very quite to respond, as is the office personnel. Thanks Mill One.

Everyone is friendly and respectful. It is always quiet in the hallway. The staff/Heidi is exceptional and share a smile each time I approach her. Maintenance/James is always willing to assist, helpful, and extremely nice. Overall, my experience in the last year has been very pleasant.

Have residents be more responsible with their dogs and cleaning up after them. Also remind all the residents that if they have trash be respectful and put it in the trash cans. We all live here let’s keep it clean and beautiful.

I love my townhome it's small but cozy!Neighbors are quiet and respectful! I would of gave 5 stars , but I put in two maintenance orders and no one showed up or called with in two months still waiting for assistance...
