As I walked through the home that’s when I noticed there was a lot of areas that needed to be addressed. It definitely feels like whoever built this it was a rush job, fixtures are crooked, there’s lumps in the wall. The move in experience wasn’t bad, I will say a walk through should have been done as there were holes in the wall, scuffs on the floor, water valves not turned on for the dishwasher and the wall in the bathroom connected to the toilet valve was coming apart. So all of this could have been avoided had there been a proper walk

So many issues. Not just one. Wish it had been different. She did write is a very aggressive email today about dog waste. We have been cleaning up, but might have missed a spot or two. To which we promised to remedy. But after every single request being ignored by her, it’s hard to take such an aggressive request about a couple of spots of dog waste….when a ceiling leak has been completely ignored. Truly. This has been a wild experience. I’m only taking a he time to share, bc I hate for someone else to have the same experience. It’s been beyond frustrating. It’s been one thing after another. I never ever leave reviews, and I’m a people pleaser, so I don’t complain. But this move has been so hard.To start, we wrote the property manager, Tesla, on a Saturday morning, asking to view the property. No response. So we called and left a VM. No response. This pattern continued on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday morning. Tuesday afternoon I wrote AM realty bc we were very interested but could get no response. W/in an hour, miraculously, we got a first response. We left immediately, with the provided code, to go look at the property. Loved it. Filled out an application. Property manager called the next morning, Wednesday, and said all was good. Only to call back a few minutes later to say that both properties had been spoken for, just the night before. Wonderful. So, we moved into the smaller townhome, even though we needed the larger. Extremely disappointing, since we’d tried to get in to see them for 4 full days, and would have signed a contract well before Tuesday evening. .After that, Almost every question I asked via text with the property manager went unanswered. No response at all. I have photos of my side of the conversation, w/ several in a row. It was bizarre. We had almost no move in info. And when I would ask about it, the response seemed accusatory, as if I had done something wrong by not knowing.Since then, we had a leak that was fixed fairly quickly, but left a spot on the ceiling. The day we moved in, our refrigerator filter was already red and blinking to be replaced. Tesla said that it should not be like that upon move-in, and asked us to send a maintenance request. Which we did immediately. That was over 3 weeks ago. We’ve heard nothing. Then, bc we had lots of holes in all the walls from the previous tenant, we asked for the paint color. Tesla responded immediately saying she’d get that got me. First quick response, which was amazing. But, no, That was 10 days ago. Nothing yet.Friday, we had a streaming leak from the master bath into the LR ceiling. Immediately texted Tesla and also sent in a maintenance request as urgent. Friday. Zero response. Not even an acknowledgment of receipt of message.Nor have we heard from a plumber. It is now Monday evening. With both leaks, the ceiling truly needs to be repainted. But at this point, I’m not sure the leak will even be addressed. We do love the townhomes,But dealing with Tesla has been rough, to say the least. The best description I can give is that it’s very passive aggressive. And not professional at all.

The parking is atrocious. Why in the world is it ok to park on the street, making it almost impossible to get to your house… There’s also the people who think it’s okay to let their kids play in the street and around your car. I can’t wait to leave.

Need betterThese apartments need to be renovated and have a professional pest control sent out. Water heater has went out 3 times, sink has broken loose under the bottom 3 times. Roaches coming from next door neighbors.

we would like to thank your team for the continued support and efforts made to address the reported issues. We truly appreciate your assistance and communication throughout the process. However, we would like to highlight that the overall resolution time was longer than anticipated. The initial issues required approximately three weeks to be resolved, and the repair of the AC unit took an additional four days to complete.Additionally, this same project included the installation of curtain rods, which experienced a delay of nearly four weeks before completion. While we appreciate that the issues were ultimately resolved, improving response times and adhering more closely to scheduled timelines would significantly enhance the overall service experience.Thank you again for your support and attention to this feedback. We value our working relationship and look forward to continued improvements and successful collaboration on future projects. We would like to thank your team for the continued support and efforts made to address the reported issues. Chesney Woods is a great place to live, the community is quiet and the management is very responsive to any needs.
