Yes when I moving in , the blinds in the living room was bent and 2 different colors , I had to buy my own blinds ,the refrigerator had no bins in the bottom , which I have now, , but they are too small. They don’t fit the refrigerator. The vent in one of the bedrooms had, had some kind of leak because the paint was peeling around the vent ,they did come to fix it ,and repaint ,which is a different color then the original wall.

AM Realty has been a great property management group. I have rented from this group at two separate properties and I must say that they are very responsive, and they take care of tenants needs pretty quickly. As far as payments, I also like that they are willing to work with you within reason if you communicate your needs.

My experience with them has been Great! No complaints other than rent increasing yearly Besides that, they are very punctual to my needs and getting things done The apartment complex is well kept at all times
