The neighbors above me are really loud even after asking them multiple times to stop banging. Certain things were not cleaned/updated and the heat does not circulate well in the home.

Please contact me at 336-912-1060 to schedule someone to spray for cockroaches I have submitted several maintenance request with no response. We have broken windows in our house and a problem with cockroaches. I submitted a request seven days ago and still have not heard back.

We have a restaurant and apartment in the building. Heidi and James are helpful at mill one.

I was not happy about the rate of the increase on my rent. I received no notification on the increase and then it was dated for two months prior not due to my fault putting me in a difficult position due to my recertification date. I was told not to pay the increase as I was not notified by mail. I have as yet not received a letter about the increase. Thank you.

Terrible management. Price gouging greedy company.

Health concerns and can’t do early buyout of lease so also being trapped here. I park on the street because it’s closest route to my door but I have medical disabilities that if I walk in the grass and trip, it could turn badly. Was told one price and then have fees that add up to $200+ is just ridiculous. I would highly recommend people to try to avoid coming here.

Almost 2yrs ago I put in an order to have my radiator knob fixed. It’s been 2yrs and it’s still not fixed. Outside of that I believe that I wish I had something nice to say about my experiences with AM realty but I can’t find anything nice to say about my direct experience. I also think the company is very untrustworthy and deceptive.

Great area and great customer service

The apartment is lovely, Natasha is the greatest. I’m don’t like the furniture that’s been out by the dumpster that’s was there before I moved in. The overgrown bushes behind and in front of my unit is also something I don’t like. I’ve also experienced a car break in but other than that.. it’s a decent place.

Brenda is amazing and really on the ball here getting things done! Plus we love her! She's upbeat, positive, personable & friendly! She talks to us in a kind and personable way and she takes time to always acknowledge us when we're in the lounge w-friendly upbeat conversation and treats us genuine, like were her family !
