I have share my complaint to the management at Residence at Cooper Bend. I am writing to you to give you an update on the air quality issue I reported about the enforcement of the non-smoking policy at Residence at Cooper Bend. I first want to acknowledge and appreciate AM Realty’s efforts to maintain the property's cleanliness, which contributes positively to the community. While the situation has improved, there is still an occasional intrusion of secondhand smoke that affects the comfort and habitability of my Apt 9 J. The Issue and Current Status: I am experiencing an occasional intrusion of secondhand smoke (including the distinct odor of cannabis and/or vaping) originating from the unit next door, which is Apt I. The smoke permeates my living space primarily through the shared HVAC system and air vents. I want to acknowledge that after I previously addressed this issue with the property manager, the tenant, Apt I, next door, has significantly reduced the frequency of smoking in their apartment. This was a helpful improvement. The remaining issue is that the activity still occurs occasionally, specifically during the early morning hours. Impact and Evidence: This has been a persistent problem, initially spanning about six months. The odors are consistently unpleasant and affect my quality of life. Due to the high level of particulate matter and odor absorption, I was forced to replace my AC filter twice in one month, resulting in unnecessary costs in my monthly budget. Additionally, it would be beneficial to have the Hanahan Police conduct a courtesy patrol, similar to the one they used to provide after 12 pm.

I can not get on the app folio with this phone so I will pay rent and deposit with Brenda. I can’t report things wrong because I can’t get onto the app. I like the place but it does have things wrong.The gutters need cleaning out because I could take a shower on my porch and the backlash of the rain has mildew on my door and the inside of screen door. It rains so hard it got in between the window panes . It looks awful. The ice machine does not work. Other than these things I like my apt. I like Brenda very much. She is very nice and helpful. Thank you

Natasha was great! She listened to my concerns and was helpful to me. She has been a great help to me at Coastal Villas. My main concern here is the continued state of the laundry room. It is not being kept clean and the presence of animal hair in the washers and dryers and on the floor is terrible.

AM Realty has a pretty straight forward Interactive Connection System which allows for a quick processing of demands, requests, complaints, etc. I have been a tenant for about 3 years and have continuously used that service without any interruption or delay of responses.

I really enjoyed my time there, the apartment and the neighbors

We love the unit. It was an easy move in experience.

The property is nicely renovated i like the cleanness and space of the apartment, I feel I made a very good choice to live there.

It has been great living here 0 issues, quite neighborhood, management is phenomenal!
