There is a company by the name of Family Over Money LLC that would be interested in giving you a quote for cleanup, trees and continuous landscaping at this time.

Better management. Upgrade the park or add a pool. Send pest control out when requested cause some of these apartments are infested and the infestation comes through the vents to other people apartments that are clean. Do Better please

I've put in a work order bout the mildew on under my kitchen cabinet, I'm having trouble with the water in the shower it comes and go For months I've asked for my tub to be fixed it's peeling so bad to where it stops up the tub and I can't shower, I have made a work order and spoke with Allison but still nothing is being done

Im not trying to cause problems and pay my rent on time, just wish for better communication. I can NEVER get a response via email or phone when I call. I am forced to pay a bill for maintenance that was sent from Concord when you have a local person and the plumbing is tearing up my washer!!!!!
