I feel like you guys can be a little more hands on. It's all viral ,I put it my list of things wrong with the apartment and didn't hear a word back.

Confusion with lease renewal as already signed with original property management and was sent a new lease renewal from new property management with different costs. Could not update and I am paying more with original property manager than with new. Was promised that rent would not increase next year but I am paying more now. I understand that legal issues for ownership but does not seem to be fair to me as I am paying more now. Cleaning service is by far a great improvement in the common areas, thank you. There are still large bugs in the fourth floor hallway which I wish were being addressed. Also, with change, in order to pay monthly rent without a surcharge, I must pay by check. Heidi has been quite helpful and professional as has been the maintenance staff. Not all office staff is as accommodating. As a side note, I think that the private parking charge is more than necessary, thank you. debbie When are the HVAC filters going to be replaced? I have been here a year and they have only been replaced once.
