My unit was great and I enjoyed my time staying here! Only issue was palmeto bugs in unit sometimes and the moisture towards the end made my apartment damp due to ventilation issue, I would look into that before someone else moves in to the unit!

I asked for the large bush to be removed from covering 3/4’s pf my air conditioner unit that is blocking air flow. It was just cut back. So now it’s going to have to be cut back continuously as it grows back and I’ll have to be the one who asks every time

I appreciate that when I call for service or any issues that they are addressed and taking seriously in a timely manner also the improvements made to the neighborhood are really great.

The moving process was in most part very smooth. Kathryn did a good job. I thought the lease contract should have been released a bit earlier before I moved in.

Our elevators are not being kept clean, the dogs are using the grounds wherever their owner prefers, hence our lawn is looking bad, I’m just finding in general the complex is not as well kept as previous owner.
