I’m quite happy, but I was not happy to find out I now have to pay an additional $20.00 per month just so I can pay my rent and request maintenance. I’ve never had to pay someone to pay something. I didn’t so much mind the $2.49, but the $20.00 seems a little extreme.

I love my rental property! Very attentive to my requests needed for the property.

I know I am responsible for changing light bulbs, but 2 weeks after I moved in my ceiling light in the kitchen went out, and I need a ladder to reach it. I have asked for help, but haven’t heard a response.

Any maintenance issues were taken care off right away. The community ba kyards need a lot of help as far as cleaning up discarded furniture and the dilapidated stirage building

need some activities around the complex maybe we can get a club house or even a pool somewhere just saying and but love where I stay for the last 6 years and I would love to have my screen door or storm door put back on my place 706 Windy hill circle Apt A Fayetteville NC.
