My only concern is that the towing company is targeting my car because last night October 17 ,2024 the tow truck stopped in front of my house and car the driver saw me and went to the same parking lot down a little came back in front of my house and stopped again with another black truck with someone inside talking on the phone and then they left. My car tags are up to date there is no reason for them to keep bothering me.thanks for understanding

This is my 4th lease at Mill One. I was very happy that there was no increase but disappointed to see several new fees which made the no increase moot. However, staff helped lower my rent so I didn’t feel the additional fees. However, after all was said and done, I was charged a $35 renewal fee - which was quite a surprise. I challenged it and staff again helped resolve the issue.

Technician was great but time constraints mean he’s coming back. Great service and communication.

This is fine overall, however the base rent could be a bit reasonable.
