Well, I would like to say it has not been a terrible experience renting with AM Realty. But, getting things worked on is a complaint. For 2 years now we have had to use extra sources for heating in the winter and cooling in the summer. The last couple times you have sent people out I would have to say are less than qualified. So we gave up. This system is very old and doesn’t work correctly. We have HVAC people in our family that are very qualified and have told us what can be done to fix it, but it’s not our house so….. and you keep raising the rent payment, you have just about ran us out of here because of that. If that’s what your attempt is you can just tell us. So those are my complaints, not sure how much it matters but there it is.

We feel that the time is too premature to draw conclusions it really has not been long enough with the present management. Although there are some concerns it really has been quite interesting here at RoseCroft.

The dryer still beeps “error” after each load. I have just gotten into the habit of flipping the fuse to get it to work again each time.
