Overall, I’m happy with your services. However, at certain times I felt communication could have been better during tenant transfers.

I have not been the ideal tenant. Upon moving in life has been beating me left and right but I always compensate for what is owed. There has been times where Am Realty has to be stern but that's understandable business. Dispite them saying they will not work with you regarding late payments they absolutely will IF ITS FOR GOOD REASONS (death, job change, life crisis) as long as your communicating and making some kind of resolution and not getting to far behind. They are quick with maintenance issues/request and the staff is very welcoming.

AM Realty team looks after their tenants. As with everything in life, some things are taken care sooner and faster than others, because that is how things work. They strive to provide the best and on my end, they do so.

This is my 3rd year with AM Realty managing my Charlotte condo, and I couldn’t be happier. They are very knowledgeable, responsive and make my life easier.
